TravelPerk, a leading corporate travel management SaaS software platform, has raised $104 million in recent funding. The round was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with participation from existing investors, including Kinnevik and Felix Capital.
This investment round is an extension of the Series D-1 round raised in January 2022, which was an extension round of Series D raised in April 2021, both led by General Catalyst. With this latest funding, the company’s total funding is $513 million at a valuation of $1.4 billion.
TravelPerk is a SaaS-based business travel software that helps clients book and manage corporate travel and can be integrated with other apps that they may use. This software makes corporate travel easier and saves a lot of time. The platform is focused on SMBs and mid-tier companies in Europe and the US region.
This new funding will be used by the company to enhance the customer experience through new inventory capabilities and the launch of new business travel services. The company will also expand product automation through artificial intelligence.
Co-founded by CEO Avi Meir, the company has more than 1200 employees, is headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, and has offices in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Berlin, Chicago, Boston, and Miami.
