KNOT Secures $3M to Expand 60-Minute Fashion Delivery Across India
Quick commerce is no longer just for groceries and food—fashion is the next frontier, and Mumbai-based startup KNOT is leading the charge. The fashion-tech company has raised $3 million in a Pre-Series A round, with plans to scale operations, enhance product features, and expand beyond Mumbai.
Founded in 2025 by IIT Bombay alumni Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, KNOT is reimagining how young Indians shop for fashion online. After pivoting from their earlier venture, the duo identified a key opportunity in combining convenience, speed, and curated fashion experiences.
At the heart of KNOT’s offering is its 60-minute fashion delivery model, currently operational in Mumbai. This is supported by its unique Try ‘n Buy service, where customers can try clothes at their doorstep and return what doesn’t fit—right then and there. Add to this an AI-powered virtual try-on tool, and KNOT is removing nearly all the friction points from digital fashion shopping.
The company has quickly partnered with over 70 brands including SNITCH, Bonkers Corner, The Souled Store, and The Bear House, serving thousands of monthly orders. This growth has been fueled by the habits of Gen Z and millennial consumers, who demand fast, flexible, and culturally engaging fashion discovery experiences.
The $3M funding round was led by Kae Capital, with participation from Sparrow Capital, Boundless Ventures LLP, and notable angel investors including Kumar Saurabh (Aukera Jewellery), as well as founders from SNITCH, Bonkers Corner, and Souled Store. Existing investors WEH Ventures and All In Capital also participated in the round.
According to Sunitha Viswanathan, Partner at Kae Capital, KNOT is filling a gap in India’s online fashion space by catering to the speed-obsessed Gen Z consumer, who expects not just delivery but curated experiences they can trust.
Beyond logistics, KNOT is making fashion social and expressive. The platform integrates community-driven content, influencer discovery, and short-form videos—turning shopping into a cultural interaction, not just a transaction.
The fresh capital will be used to bolster tech development, expand city-wise operations, and further strengthen brand partnerships. With its innovative blend of speed, tech, and cultural engagement, KNOT is poised to become a definitive fashion platform for India’s next generation.
