Ai Health Highway bags Mn led by Turbostart

Health-tech startup Ai Health Highway has raised $1 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Turbostart. This investment is part of a larger $1.5 million funding round, which includes co-investments from notable investors such as Rainmatter by Zerodha, The Chennai Angels, BITS BioCyTiH Foundation, and other angel investors.

The proceeds will be used to solidify its presence in India, accelerate international regulatory approvals, and broaden its AI/ML offerings in the cardio-respiratory domain, Ai Health Highway stated in a press release.

Founded in 2018 by Satish Jeevannavar, Ai Health Highway focuses on providing tech-enabled screening tools that aid in the early detection of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and improve healthcare accessibility through its AI-enabled stethoscope, AiSteth. The company aims to reduce global premature deaths from NCDs by 30% by 2030.

According to Ai Health Highway, AiSteth empowers cardiac care by assisting healthcare professionals and non-specialists in interpreting heart sounds to support accurate clinical decisions. It utilizes advanced AI and signal processing to transform traditional stethoscopes into powerful screening tools capable of detecting life-threatening cardiac disorders at an early stage.

The AI-enabled stethoscope seamlessly integrates into existing workflows, equipping primary care providers with high-quality heart sound capture, analysis, and data-sharing capabilities, thereby enhancing the accessibility and affordability of healthcare solutions.
