Talon.One raises $135 million

Talon. One has successfully raised $135 million in a new funding round to scale its enterprise loyalty and promotion platform. The round was led by new investors Silversmith Capital Partners and Meritech Capital, with continued support from existing backer CRV.

The fresh investment will help accelerate Talon. One’s expansion and innovation strategies, particularly focusing on AI-driven insights and enhanced enterprise features. This move is set to bolster the company’s presence across key global markets, including the US, UK, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Currently serving over 270 enterprise customers, Talon. One’s platform allows brands to leverage customer data to create personalized, scalable promotional campaigns and loyalty programs. Renowned clients such as adidas, H&M, Sephora, Ticketmaster, Costa Coffee, and Nordstrom already rely on the platform to manage customer engagement.

Co-founder and CEO Christoph Gerber highlighted the significance of the investment, stating it as a strong endorsement of the company’s vision and impact. “This investment is a powerful vote of confidence in the platform we’ve built, and the value we deliver to the world’s most trusted brands,” he said.

Sebastian Haas, Co-founder and COO, emphasized that this phase will be about execution and growth. The company plans to use the funds to further enhance its AI capabilities and deliver more advanced functionalities to enterprise users.

Backers like CRV expressed their continued confidence, calling the funding round a clear validation of Talon. One’s vision and execution. New investor Silversmith Capital praised the platform’s enterprise-grade infrastructure and scalable design, stating their enthusiasm to support the company’s next growth chapter.

With this strategic funding, Talon. One is poised to lead innovation in the loyalty and promotions sector by delivering a flexible, intelligent platform for global enterprises.
