Nat Habit, a natural and Ayurvedic beauty care brand, has raised $10.2 million (about Rs 85 crore) in its Series B financing round. Bertelsmann India Investments spearheaded the investment along with the existing investor Fireside Ventures and other investors such as Amazon India Fund, Mirabilis Investment Trust, and Sharrp Ventures, who also participated.

The startup provides freshly made and natural beauty and wellness products that are inspired by ancient Ayurveda and are chemical- and preservative-free. Personal care products like paraffin-free hair oils, face creams, masks made from natural ingredients, etc. are the specialty products of the brand.

Nat Habit sells its products through its D2C website, along with well-known online marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. With this new investment, the startup plans to expand its offline presence and start two company-owned stores in the coming financial year. The company also plans to use $2 million to give early-stage investors exits.

The company’s co-founders are Swagatika Das and Gaurav Agarwal, and it is headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
