XR streaming platform Hololight has raised $12 million in recent funding. The round was led by European growth equity firm Flatz Hoffmann, with participation from existing investors such as EnBW New Ventures, Bayern Kapital, and Future Energy Ventures. With this $12 million investment and with Series A funding, which happened in December 2021, the total investment raised by the company is $27 million.

Hololight is the leading specialist in AR and VR solutions for the enterprise market, and this investment will help the company accelerate the development of its XR streaming platform.

The company’s AR and VR technology is precisely tailored to scale use cases and business models. It enables companies to reduce production errors and costs and optimize industrial processes in product development, manufacturing, training, and services. With the new investment, Hololight will accelerate customer onboarding across the key industries it serves, such as automotive, aerospace, mechanical engineering, etc., and will also fast-track global expansion, especially the growth in the US market.

The company’s co-founders are Florian Haspinger (CEO), Susanne Haspinger (COO), Alexander Werlberger (CTO), and Luis Bollinger (CMO), and it is headquartered in Innsbruck, Tirol, Austria. It has offices in Germany and the United States as well.
